The Women of Hitachi Employee Resource Group is an open community for all those who identify as women and gender equality advocates. The group commits to the development and celebration of every person within our company. Like-minded women and allies work together to build skills, knowledge, share and celebrate successes. The group stands on the foundation of community and allyship building, aiming to nurture and encourage all to reach their full potential. Some of the group’s activities include in person and virtual get togethers, learning from diverse speakers and creating a knowledge centre.
